Many pieces are made to order in your chosen metal and size. Typical dispatch is within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation; bespoke pieces follow the timeline agreed with you. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Packaging
Every piece arrives in Aureel premium gift packaging together with its diamond certificate — ready to give.
Returns
We want you to love your jewellery. If you change your mind, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with the certificate.
- Personalised, engraved, bespoke and resized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Please contact us before sending a return so we can arrange a secure, insured return.
- Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Faulty items
If there is a problem with your piece, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. This does not affect your statutory rights.
