Method 1: measure a ring you already own
- Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
- Measure the inside diameter (edge to edge across the centre) in millimetres.
- Find the closest diameter in the chart below.
Method 2: measure your finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of your finger.
- Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres — this is your circumference.
- Find the closest circumference in the chart. If you are between sizes, choose the larger.

Tips for an accurate size
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are warmest and largest.
- Avoid measuring when cold — fingers shrink in low temperatures.
- Wide bands (over 4mm) fit more snugly — consider going up half a size.
- If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between.
