1. About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases from Aureel Diamonds. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Products
All diamonds sold by Aureel Diamonds are laboratory-grown. We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colours may vary slightly between screens and handmade pieces may differ marginally from images. Certificate details for principal stones are available on request.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Sale prices apply while stocks last. Payment is taken in full before dispatch via a secure payment link.
4. Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing (including via WhatsApp or email). We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page.
6. Cancellations & returns
You may cancel and return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Bespoke, personalised, engraved and resized items are made to your specification and are excluded unless faulty.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
